A bespoke record player and MINI sales tool
Cassette were challenged with creating an interactive way of showcasing Mini’s vast range of cars at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018. Cassette decided to take a different route, and assign a personality to each of the cars in the range using a bespoke record player and different songs related to each car.
Punters were encouraged to choose their car from the selection of records and like you would use a key to open a car, place it on a custom designed record player. The song would start playing, and content about that specific car would appear on the touch screen above. Users could book a test drive, purchase the car online, request a brochure and explore the Mini range whilst listening to music which led to dwell time of 8-10minutes per person.
